Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Seas & Skies, we do not allow the return of any articles being sold. 

However, customer disputes for a product that is damaged must be raised within 48 hours of delivery; no claims would be guaranteed after 48 hours. Customers must claim with the following proof- 

  • Picture of the shipping box with the label being visible before opening it.

  • Unboxing video where the label is visible followed by showing the products.

 

Orders once placed can not be cancelled in any case. We do not provide any refunds for the same.
