Shipping & Delivery Policy
All purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Shipping rates are calculated at the time of checkout.
Customers will be provided with an email link for tracking their orders. The estimated delivery time is between 2-7 days.
However, due to COVID-19 restrictions, we urge you to expect a slight delay in deliveries.
Seas & Skies holds no responsibility for goods damaged after delivery, neither will the courier agencies be responsible for it.
If there are any products missing or in case of damaged goods, the customer must claim within 48 hours of delivery with the following to claim a refund-
Picture of the shipping box with the label being visible before opening it.
Unboxing video where the label is visible followed by products being shown.
Refunds will be credited to the original source of payment used while placing the order.
If the delivery address and pincode being put by the customer is incorrect, causing shipments to remain undelivered after TWO attempts, there will be no guarantee of delivery from the company’s side.
Customers may have to bear an additional charge for the delivery to occur again, which can take up to 15-20 days. In such cases, all shipments are sent back to the warehouse and are processed again from here, causing delay and additional charges.
Not accepting deliveries due to any reason will solely be the customer’s responsibility; Seas & Skies does not guarantee any refunds for the same.
In case of wrong address/pincode, customer must contact us within 24 hours else shipping charges can be levied again.
